Abstract Submission
-If I submit an abstract do I have to attend the conference?
All accepted abstracts are scheduled in the Scientific Program as Poster presentations. It is expected that at least one author of the abstract attend the meeting to present the work and answer questions. Only abstracts of registered participants will be scheduled in the Scientific Program.
-I have submitted an abstract, when will I know if it has been accepted?
Only after all abstracts have been reviewed by the Scientific Committee will notifications be sent to the abstract submitters. Every effort is made to conclude this process within one month after the abstract submission deadline (December 15, 2009).
-How can I make changes to an abstract I have already submitted?
Please send details of any submitted abstracts changes to my email which as follow: amira_alhay@hotmail.com abstract loading is constructed.
-My abstract has been accepted but I do not have a copy. Are you able to send one to me?

Registration
-How do I register for the conference?
In order to register for the conference, please register online or fill in the registration & accommodation form (PDF version)– both options are available via the registration page of the conference website.
-How can I pay the registration fees?
Payment of registration fees can be made by cash money at the first day of conference at registration desk.
-Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring Company/ Hospital’s name?
Yes. An invoice of receive money issued to the sponsoring company spontaneously, please send an email to the registration department at alashqar80@hotmail.com or alratag@yahoo.com specifying the services requested and full address of the sponsoring company.
-Can I register for the conference without paying?
Yes.
-Can I register before the early fee deadline and pay later?
In order to benefit from the early registration to get a place, payment is not needed at registration.
-Can I register on site?
Yes. Onsite registration is available during the conference days. There is no onsite fees.
-What does my registration fees include?

-Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?
Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is received, registration is completed and you signed attendane for each session to get the CME credit.
Accommodation
-How can I find out information about hotels and their rates?
some hotel will give the International guest an offering to participants specially reduced rates for various hotels in Arabian Gulf Street. Information, pictures, location and rates are available on the hotel accommodation page.
-How can I book my room and should I pay in advance?
In order to book a room, please book online or fill in the registration & accommodation form (PDF version) available on the website via the hotel accommodation page. Each hotel well have there own policy to in order to confirm the booking.
-Will I receive a hotel confirmation?

Can I book a hotel room without registering for the Conference?
No, unless you use our website for choosing the hotel you would like to do the booking.
Invitation Letters & Visa Applications
-How do I apply for a visa to visit Kuwait?
Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact us to contact Ministry of Health to help in producing visa in Kuwait International Airport. You need also to consulate for full and official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedure in Kuwait Embassy in your country.
-Where can I get a Conference invitation letter so that I can apply for a visa?
If you need an invitation letter, please email your full name, (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number to amira_alhay@hotmail.com or the secretarial office emails, and an official invitation letter will be emailed to you.
I-s it possible to send an official invitation letter directly to my local institute that I work?
Unfortunately we are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are emailed directly to them.
